At Sellife, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions for returns, exchanges, cancellations, damaged products, and refunds.

Return Eligibility

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the product must be:

  • Unused and unassembled
  • In its original condition
  • In the original packaging
  • Complete with all accessories, manuals, parts, and hardware
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase
  • Approved for return by Sellife before shipment

Products returned without prior authorization may be refused.

Requesting a Return

To request a return, contact us at contact@sellife.com within 30 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Product name
  • Reason for the return
  • Photographs of the product and packaging, when requested

Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions if the product is eligible.

Please do not send a product back before receiving return authorization.

Return Shipping Costs

For returns caused by a change of mind, incorrect size selection, accidental purchase, or another customer-related reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping and freight costs paid by Sellife may be deducted from the refund, even when the order originally included free shipping.

Sellife will cover reasonable return or replacement shipping costs when the return is caused by:

  • A damaged product
  • A defective product
  • An incorrect product
  • Missing essential parts
  • An error made by Sellife or the supplier

Return instructions must be followed for the product to qualify.

Restocking Fees

Some oversized products, freight shipments, greenhouses, garden sheds, hydroponic systems, and special-order products may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%.

Any applicable restocking fee will be communicated before the return is authorized.

No restocking fee will be charged when the return results from a verified defect, shipping damage, incorrect product, or seller error.

Damaged or Defective Products

Please inspect your order immediately after delivery.

If the product arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@sellife.com.

Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the problem
  • Clear photographs of the product
  • Photographs of the packaging
  • Photographs of shipping labels
  • Photographs of visible freight damage, when applicable

Do not discard the product, packaging, pallet, labels, manuals, or damaged components until our support team confirms that they are no longer required.

Depending on the issue, we may provide:

  • Replacement parts
  • A replacement product
  • Repair assistance
  • A partial refund
  • A full refund

The appropriate solution will depend on the product, extent of the damage, manufacturer requirements, and product availability.

Freight Delivery Damage

For large or freight-delivered products, inspect the shipment before signing the delivery receipt.

Any visible damage, missing packages, crushed packaging, punctures, or broken pallets should be clearly noted on the carrier’s delivery receipt.

Whenever possible, take photographs before the driver leaves.

Signing a freight delivery receipt without documenting visible damage may affect our ability to file a claim with the carrier.

Do not refuse a delivery unless Sellife instructs you to do so.

Non-Returnable Products

The following products may not be eligible for return:

  • Products returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Used, installed, modified, or assembled products
  • Products damaged through improper use or installation
  • Products missing original parts, packaging, manuals, or accessories
  • Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products
  • Clearance or final-sale products
  • Gift cards
  • Products purchased from another retailer
  • Products returned without authorization

Products that have been assembled or installed may qualify for warranty support when a verified manufacturing defect exists.

Order Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order.

Orders may be cancelled without charge only when they have not entered processing, been submitted to the supplier, or shipped.

Once an order has entered processing, cancellation may no longer be possible. Supplier cancellation charges, payment processing costs, or restocking fees may apply.

Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled and must follow the standard return process.

Refused Deliveries

Do not refuse a delivery without written authorization from Sellife.

Unauthorized refused deliveries may be treated as customer-requested returns.

Return freight charges, storage fees, redelivery charges, original shipping costs, and applicable restocking fees may be deducted from the refund.

Return Packaging

Customers are responsible for safely preparing approved returns.

Products must be returned using:

  • Original packaging whenever available
  • All original protective materials
  • All included parts and accessories
  • Suitable packaging for the product’s size and weight
  • A trackable shipping or freight service

Sellife is not responsible for damage caused by inadequate return packaging.

Return Inspection

Returned products are inspected after they arrive at the authorized return location.

We may reduce or deny a refund when a returned product is:

  • Used or assembled
  • Damaged after delivery
  • Missing parts or accessories
  • Returned in unsuitable packaging
  • Different from the product originally purchased
  • Not in resalable condition

We will notify you after the inspection is completed.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Please allow approximately 5–10 business days after approval for the refund to appear in your account. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Any applicable return shipping costs, original freight expenses, restocking fees, missing-part charges, or other authorized deductions will be subtracted from the refund.

Exchanges

Direct exchanges may not be available for every product.

When an exchange is approved, we may:

  • Send replacement parts
  • Replace the complete product
  • Issue a refund so that a new order can be placed

Product availability and supplier policies may affect the available solution.

Manufacturer Warranty

Some Sellife products include a manufacturer’s warranty.

Warranty coverage varies by product and may apply to manufacturing defects, structural components, or specific replacement parts.

Normal wear, accidental damage, improper assembly, unauthorized modifications, weather damage outside the stated product rating, and misuse are generally not covered.

Warranty information may be displayed on the individual product page or provided upon request.

Late or Missing Refunds

If an approved refund has not appeared after the stated processing period:

  1. Check your bank or card account again.
  2. Contact your payment provider.
  3. Contact your bank, as processing delays may occur.
  4. Contact Sellife at contact@sellife.com.
